A refundable $200 security deposit may be required. There are no additional fees. You may be invited to attend an information / sales presentation but you are under NO obligation to attend.Full payment to eBay is due at the time of purchase. The unit was in a great location, clean, newly renovated, had everything we needed, and the management was great with Hurricane communication. We felt safe inside and the parking lot had many drainage pipes in the parking lot to help ensure no flooding. Would definitely buy from Don again and look forward to another stay at Star Island."
