Description: We are pleased to offer a handsome silverplated corn scraper in Stanhope from Gorham. The design is a sleek, elegant motif that was introduced in 1900. These were used to scrape kernals off an ear of corn and they are seldom seen. Condition: Very good to excellent - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows. There are no monograms and pattern is crisp and well defined. It has been hand polished so there will be no surprises; any dark spots in the photos are reflections only. Size: 5 1/2" long.
