Has a molded floral border with hand colored highlights in red and green. Unmarked. Circa 1820s. Based on a promotional aquatint published by S & J Fuller, showing a fashionably dressed woman riding an early type of tricycle, described as ‘a Lady’s Accelerator’, circa 1820.
