Description: St Abigail Single Decade Rosary Beautiful single decade rosary that has a 1" gold-toned medal with a full color picture of St Abigail on the front and a textured back. The 1-1/2" silver-toned crucifix was made in Italy; the medal was handmade in France, and the chaplet itself was designed and handmade in the USA by me.The eleven beads are 8 mm. The single Our Father is a white ceramic with handpainted roses. The ten Hail Mary beads are faceted, fire-polished Czech glass in alternating aurora borealis light sapphire blue and a metallic pink color called "Bubblegum". Very pretty! St Abigail lived in Ireland in the 6th century and founded a community of women religious who were known for healing. A story is told that she once chased off some brigands with a swarm of angry bees, and forced them to return cattle they had stolen.
