Assault Back Panel Core Info: The Assault Panel Core attaches to your LV-119 Rear Plate Bag using a combination of 6 directional snaps, and 2 full length zippers. It also utilizes two stabilizers that route inside of the Rear Plate Bag if the Panel is used in "Configuration 2 or 3" listed below. The Panel has a removable flap system that allows the user to configure the upper half of the Panel to meet their mission needs. (Flaps are sold separately, the Assault Panel Core does NOT come with a flap.) This eliminates the need to have multiple panels and allows for quicker donning and doffing of mission essential equipment. The top of the Panel features a custom double pull, separating zipper. This zipper serves three purposes. 1) It allows the Flaps to be completely removed from the Core and swapped out. 2) It allows communication antennas and other items such as cabling, hydration tubes, and breaching tools to be routed into and out of the top of the panel. 3) It provides quick access to the inside of the panel without lifting the entire Flap. BACK GP FLAP INFO: The GP Flap is a single pocket zip on attachment to our Assault Back Panel Core. It consists of one pocket that measures 10" x 6" x 2.5" The pocket was built to store extra items that may be needed on an operation such as medical equipment or roll up flex linear charges. The pocket features a half zippered closure to prevent items from inadvertently dumping out unzipping the pouch. Inside the pocket there is loop field lined on both sides for the addition of hook field accessories. There are also two tie down locations on the interior for securing sensitive items. The GP Flap has two built-in channels behind the pocket that allows for the storage of linear items, such as Slap Charges and Breach Pens. The front of the pocket offers a smaller zippered stash pocket for organizing smaller items and features a loop field that measures 2" x 9" for attaching placards or hook field patches.
