This was a "gift with purchase" from Folger's Coffee, and is copyright 1977 Spindex Corporation. Fun "hype" sticker on the front tells you just what you needed to purchase to receive this! Fun needlepoint design printed on the cover. First page has room for the name of the owner, and a tutorial on how to use the recipe crossfile. And what gift from Folgers wouldn't be complete without some coffee tips & recipes on the first few pages after that! The next pages are divided by tabbed subjects: Salads & Appetizers, Meat/Fish, Vegetables, Desserts & Misc. The first page of each section is for the "crossfile" and has a line for the name of the recipe, cookbook and page number to find it under. Pages are printed front & back, and then there are 4 pages to write out a recipe. The back page has a fold-out "tent" kind of bottom so this can stand up on your kitchen counter for easy access. Measures about 6" wide x 4½" tall x ¼" thick. In good, unused, VINTAGE condition -- does show signs of wear from handling and storage, but has never been written in.
