Description: A great Spier & Mackay jacket which may have been part of a suit at one time. But, it's a navy blue which is a classic sport coat. Notch lapel, double vented in back, the usual three front pockets plus three on the inside. Two-button front with four on each sleeve, fairly light shoulder padding, fully lined and it appears to be fully canvassed. It doesn't say on the tag whether it's a 40R or a 40S - I would say 40S given the measurements below. I wear a 40R myself and tried it on, and that seems right.
