Your parcel will be brought to a post office for collection if your parcel is not safe to be left unattended. There will be a $16.00 return fees ($27 for express) for all returned parcels that are uncollected at post office or parcels that had incorrect address provided. All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00. All dangerous goods (ie, flammable items) cannot be express posted. Dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for the dispatch of your order. This includes standard and express post.
