I was told this was handmade in Florida but there are no stickers etc that support this. It's a 4" by 4" box standing about 2.75" tall. The embellishments are on wire so you can move them as you like. I'm not sure what is under the beads and black. Condition is "Used" but perfect with no chips etc. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail .
