Description: Captain Calico Miniatures presents: Resin space knight, wolf lord Vidar. The model has been sculpted in 'true scale', the model is 45mm tall to eye level and 55mm tall at the tallest point.Another model is pictured to show the scale, but is not included. Representing the Norse God, Vidar in sci-fi armour. Said to have walked as tall as the trees in the forest, and armed with a mighty axe, the son of Odin and a Jotunn (ice giant) he was the half brother of Thor. It is saidthatVidar killed the great wolf, Fenrir, by snapping his jaw in two. On his loin cloth is the broken jaw of a wolf along with the rune of Fenrir. His armour also shows the visage of the great wolf. The pictures show the original sculpt first (in gray) followed by pictures of the resin model that is for sale.Some 'cleaning' of the resin parts is required as with all models. The model is supplied unpainted and requires glue to put together. The last picture shows the complete Viking command squad available in my other listings.
