This is NOT one of the made-up nonsense sets we’ve seen offered for sale in recent years. The set includes two rows of ribbons, seven decorations in total. The set is from the late 1960s to early 70s, well-made, with steel backing and organic glass cover. It’s in Very Good condition: shows age and some minor scuffs but free of any serious flaws. It includes fully functional pin back attachment. The first four decorations are an Order of the Red Star, Medal for Combat Service (aka “Military Merit”), Medal for Victory over Germany, and Medal for the 20th Anniversary of Victory. The second row consists of ribbons for medals for 30th, 40th and 50th Anniversaries of the Soviet Armed Forces. The latter indicates that the set is from 1968-1945 period.
