Description: SOUTHWICK green 48 Reg 2-button blazer. Pure wool, union-made in USA of imported 4-season tropical worsted fabric. Goldtone metal buttons w/ Southwick crest. Fully lined w/ hi-grade rayon. Lining is intact except for one small area where the white sleeve lining has come unstitched at the top of one armhole. Suitable for 4-season wear in a shade *evocative* of The Masters & its famous “green jacket.” [Not saying this is a perfect match, just that it evokes the famous Pantone 342 tropical-wool green blazer.] Dimensions as shown in pics plus: 31" down vertical centerline of back from base of collar 21.25" across yoke (upper back) Sleeves are 23.5" from shoulder seam but as best I can tell have about 2.5" of tropical-wool material folded up into each sleeve end, so some lengthening of an inch or so shd be possible. NOTE: Due to the camera, the pics where the blazer is hanging up make it look a little "grayed out." The pics where it's laying flat on a red background offer a better color representation. The jacket is a classic green shade. The actual Masters (or Augusta National members') blazers are made by Hamilton Tailoring of Cincinnati, and are not available for public sale. Some circulate as collectors' items, I believe, but you can't just call up Hamilton and order one. The particular shade of green that Augusta uses is Pantone 342; I can't guarantee this one is Pantone 342, so as I say it's merely "evocative" of The Masters and from a respected maker (Grieco Bros. of New England was the company behind the Southwick label).
