Description: Mid-'80's Sony Walkman AM-FM cassette player in excellent working condition! There is NO wow and flutter on tape playback!The radio section works fine.There is a little scratchiness to the various switches, headphone jack and volume control, so I would suggest the buyer open up the unit in order to get some electronic cleaner in these areas. But it is pretty much fine the way it is. No surprise for a 40 year old unit!The belt clip is included, but the unit does not come with headphones.The body is in exceptional cosmetic condition, with only the very slightest marks here and there-easily 9.6/10! There was a very tiny amount of corrosion in the battery compartment, which I cleaned out with a Dremel. Again, it works fine.I have not replaced the belts, as it does not appear to be necessary. If I can find my tape head demagnetizer, I will use it on this unit.Sorry about the reflections in the photos!Selling AS-IS, no returns.
