Description: The monitor has all kinds of issues and is being sold as is for parts/repair as a result. It powers on and displays but the screen is full of flickering horizontal lines and has a green tint (see video). The monitor's menu pops up randomly and settings get adjusted to zero (it happened to the contrast and vertical size). The monitor's buttons don't do anything either. The monitor clicks lightly fairly frequently and clicks loudly every once in a while as well. The VGA connector also has quite a bit of rust on it (see last picture).
