There are moderate to heavy scratches on the screen. Minor scratches around the lens. (SEE PICTURES)There is damage to one corner of the device where the zoom knob is. Because of this damage, the zoom does not work. (SEE PICTURES 4-5)All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.I was able to charge the battery using an in-house battery charger (NOT INCLUDED) but I cannot guarantee the life of the battery. I was able to insert an in-house SD card (NOT INCLUDED) into the device. I was able to power on the device and use the buttons/touchscreen to navigate through the menus.The display is in fair condition. I was able to take a still picture and record a video.I was able to play back the video and hear audio from the device. I was able to review the images taken. (Test photo from device can be found above (PICTURE 17))I was able to test the flash as working.I was able to format the Internal Memory and reset the device. Comes with rechargeable battery (Model: NP-BN).Shutter Count: This camera does not provide this information according to camerashuttercount.com. (SEE PICTURE 16) The last image/video taken by the device before being reset was titled: 100-0001 for photo and 00000 (MTS file) for video, but this number cannot be trusted as it can be reset either in the settings of the device or by switching memory cards.
