To Attach just slip it over the pet's collar. This is a handmade/made-to-order product. Measurements and patterns may differ slightly. Directional patterns will not be the same on the back. Measure the circumference of your pet's neck to determine correct size to order. Measurements are approximate. Width is from one end to the other across top.
