Description: Quartz, Calcite, Pyrite, Barite Keokuk Geode closed geode dimensions: 6-7/8 in X 3-3/8 in X 5-3/8 in weight: 4 lb 10 ozThis geode is another from the collection I purchased of geodes from Steve's "Fabulous Keokuk Geode Mine" in St. Francisville, Missouri. This one is super hollow, with a super unique, long towering shape, and it has multiple white edged, clear barite crystals inside to 1/8" in length. I counted 5 of them, but there may be more inside. The several barrel calcite crystals and pyrite crystals add to its amazing crystalline beauty. This fantastic find is from the mine in Clark County, Missouri. I specialize in top quality, mineralized Midwestern USA Geodes. My passion is collecting, buying, trading, and selling these geodes. I buy & sell collections. Through a large network of collectors, I have access to the aesthetic, coveted geodes that high-end collectors seek. Mostly, my desire is to share the beauty & amazement of geodes with others. The photos only capture a portion of their three-dimensional beauty.I combine packaging of multiple items won to reduce your shipping costs.
