Description: Vintage framed reproduction print of a 15th century French illuminated book of hours, depicting the conversion of Saint Hubert of Lige. According to the legend, Hubert, while hunting in the forest, saw a magnificent stag with a Crucifix floating between its antlers, leading him to turn his life to Christ. Hubert is venerated as the patron saint of hunters. Wood and glass frame is approximately 6.5" x 5". Good condition, some small holes on one side of the frame and a minor scratch on the front (see pictures). Print is in excellent condition.
