There is a solid black peplum at the waistline and the sheer pleated skirt hits at the knees. There are three stunning delicate silver rhinestone clasps at the bust. There is only one missing rhinestone amongst the three clasps. Condition: Very Good Condition Details: There is one missing rhinestone amongst the three silver clasps. Some small snags and pulls of the fabric of the skirt. One tiny tiny little hole in the front pleat of the skirt fabric, on the wearer's right side.
