Description: A Slingerland 3-point strainer from the 1930s. Nickel finish, with lever arm extension and all mounting hardware. This is an early version but mixed. The slide is a single-hole version with flat knob housing, from an early Radio King drum, 1937/38 or so. Base is the same era or earlier, and lever arm has a male post with thumb nut for attaching the extension. The middle piece is probably from a 30s or early 40s Gretsch snare (the part was still made by Slingerland), and has a slightly different adjustment knob style. Lever arm extension is not stamped. Condition as shown, lots of finish wear and patina. All threads and joints good, it moves smoothly. Has not been cleaned in any way. ------------ Visit my eBay store for hundreds more drum parts!
