Description: Sleeping Cat Nemuri Neko Large Japanese Mid Century Old Imari Kutani DETAILS OF ITEM This is an antique large Japanese ceramic sleeping cat also known as a Nemuri Neko that measures about 9.25 inches long by 3.5 inches high by 4.5 inches wide. It was hand painted with a flower arabesque design, a dark persimmon red collar and gold highlights throughout. It was made in the Kutani region of Japan by the Takahashi Company of San Francisco.
