Description: This is a SKLZ Quick Ladder 12' Flat-Rung Agility Pro Footwork Trainer. This agility ladder is perfect for home use and indoor/outdoor workouts. Its made of durable plastic and nylon It measures about 12-foot long with about a 19" flat-rung design. It is in pre-owned but pretty good condition. It is just the ladder, there are no hooks to keep stationed, but it could just lay flat or use tent spikes easy enough. Let us know if you have any questions.
