Description: Skinner Sights Scout Rail For Ruger American Gen 2 with built in peep sight and front sight post. Item is in new condition as received from manufacturer and has never been installed. Item will ship to you with original packaging, paperwork and accessories including standard front sight post. Shown in picture is the blitzkrieg components chevron front sight post, also included at no additional charge. Item is of good quality, I am selling (at a discount to you) because I no longer own the rifle I intended to mount it on. Please note: installation requires two 6-48 holes drilled and tapped. The rail mounts with five screws (included), 3 of which use the holes already in the receiver from the standard Picatinny mount. The additional two holes need to be drilled and tapped on the non-fluted portion of the barrel forward of the chamber. See attached manufacturer photo and manufacturer listing for more information.
