Description: On offer, we have an original lithograph of Sir Frank Brangwyn's "Making A Railway Cutting". This is on wove paper and backed with a stiff sheet of laid paper printed "Making A Railway Cutting. A Reproduction In Lithography After A Charcoal Drawing By Frank Brangwyn, A.R.A.". This page is "Plate 10" from the 1905 Portfolio "Spirit Of The Age: The Work Of Frank Brangwyn A.R.A." edited by Walter Shaw Sparrow, a Brangwyn scholar. The lithograph measures 11 3/4" X 9 3/4". the page is 16 1/2" X 11". This lithograph is in excellent condition. The print is bright, bold, clean and clear. The right edge is a bit uneven where it was cut from the portfolio. As I am not an expert on art, please view my photographs for more description. My friend who collects everything is parting with some of his treasures. Your last picture shows this with 3 more lithographs from Spirit Of The Age. I have them on separate listings at this time. I will be happy to answer any questions and, of course, combine your shipping.
