I would have rated the book as very good to even like new if not for the inscription on the front end page. The dust jacket is in good to very good condition for its age. The book shows signs of age or wear through light spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight or no corner push, light spine upper/lower edge rub/push, and yellowing of pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. The dust jacket shows mild signs of age/wear through light cover/spine edge/corner rubbing, tears, light edge creasing, light soiling/rub soil/smudge/scuff marks, light tanning, and slight fading/rub fade. The spine top edge is well rubbed. The front lower edge has a small chip and tears of 3/8" and 5/16" with creasing between and from. The back top edge has a tear of about 1/8" next to the spine.
