Ordway and Durant were among vB's closest confidants. Notice Fred Ordway's bookplate on the inside of the front cover. This was his personal copy of The Mars Project. This hardbound edition is complete w/ dustwrapper that has some wear as can be seen in the images. Some of pages have light foxing and slight surface dirt.
