Description: offered is a small 7x10 print of Carmel beach and Point Lobos by Croatian born artist, Miho Simunovic. signed by the artist on the inner matte. metal frame measures 11-1/2 x 14-1/2. i thought this was a watercolor at first but it turned out to actually be a print. i dont know what kind of a print this is but it looks very much like a watercolor. i opened up the frame to find that there is some moisture/mold damage to the lower right corner of the mattes and a small area of the print. i put all the matte and print surfaces affected by the moisture/mold out in the sun for an hour or so to make sure that they are now completely dry and that the mold is no longer active. i added the outer matte to cover up the moisture/mold damage to the inner matte.
