Description: For your consideration is an assembled Background Building Module of a Fox Theater from Sidetrack Laser in HO Gauge. This module was an advertising item for the full kit that is no longer available. The flat is mounted on a piece of Gator Board that measures approx. 3 3/4" x 6 1\4". The building itself is not flat.... it's approximately 1" deep not counting the awning. The Gator Board is approx. the thickness of any road bed material you're using. It should be easy to scenic into your layout. The flat is glued down to the Gator Board. It's not recommended you try to remove it. If you do, damage is the likely result. If you damage it; I won't refund it, replace it or repair it.... No exceptions. Look at the pictures, they are part of the description. Make your own decisions. What you see is what you'll get.
