Description: Sick Magazine December 1963 Uncirculated Because I am crazy and have decided to go back to University and get my PhD (Lord help us!) I am presenting a collection of SICK Magazines, which I have been gifted by the widow of late screen writer Donald (Dee) Caruso (Get Smart, The Smoothers Bros., Worlds Greatest Athlete) to help cover my tuition. Early in Dees career, he wrote for the satirical political magazine SICK MAGAZINE, which is in the same genre as MAD Magazine and Crazy, to name a few. Between 1960 and 1964, Mr. Caruso wrote and/or edited over 30 issue. These magazines are from Dee personal collection and I am now listing individual issues all of which feature his work, either as writer or editor. Included in this collection are some magazines which are originally press copies. I cannot guarantee that your issue will have an original Press copy in or not, but reach out to me before buying and I will try to accommodate you. All magazines are in good condition, although there may be a few with spines which are mildly damaged (I did my best to be sure all covers were intact, but I might have missed one or two.) Shipping is via USPS First Class mail with tracking. If you would like a different type of shipping or are international, please reach out prior to bidding. One more note: I only ship of Fridays. Please keep this in mind when bidding. MAGAZINES SOLD AS IS. I have tried to be as clear about the condition of these items. Please keep in mind that they are 60 years old and have been stored in a real home as opposed to a climate controlled vault. Time wears on everyone. Thanks for looking and I will look forward to hearing from the lucky winners!
