The stirrups measure 5" tall and 4" across. They adjust from 19" at the shortest to 26" at the longest. That would be the inseam of your child. Fits saddle horns from 1.5" diameter up to 3.5" diameter. These are a must have for anyone with kids. It allows you to put your kid to ride safely in a larger adult saddle.
