Description: SHOWCASE #35 (DC 1961). "Dooms From Beyond". GIL KANE and MURPHY ANDERSON artwork. Second appearance of the Silver Age ATOM. GOOD PLUS (2.5) condition. This is a solid and complete copy of this magazine with nice color and something of the original luster. There is wear along the spine with some splitting in spots and tiny chunks out. The cover is detached from the bottom staple and possibly the top one as well. It's difficult to tell because someone has a applied a thin bead of glue along the inside edge. Also, there was once a small piece of tape at the back of the bottom spine (see back cover picture) that has since come off, yet leaves a mark. The centerfold has detached from the lower staple, but is still firmly bound by the top one. The right and bottom edges of the cover show some creasing. Even with these troubles, the book presents well with no major creases and the interior pages look cream to light tan. Shipping is $4.50 to the United States.
