All items are carefully packaged for shipment and have standard insurance coverage of up to $100. If damage occurs during shipment, buyer will need to file a claim with the carrier. The Exchange is a small non-profit thrift store on Orcas Island, WA. Due to our location and limited USPS hours shipping can sometimes take longer but I try to ship out as soon as is possible.
