If you're breeding for a pokemon that uses physical attacks, go for Adamant which increases the Attack stat and reduces the Special Attack stat. If you're wanting to breed a pokemon that uses Special Attacks but reduce Attack, go for Modest. Jolly boosts speed while reducing the special attack stat and Timid boosts speed while reducing the Attack stat.
