The Shattuckite is solid and takes a very nice polish, so this particular piece could be a fine collectible or lapidary rough. It’s an incredible collectible specimen, but with those rich blues it would definitely cut some gorgeous high end cabochons if desired, and a polished face could certainly add to the unique characteristics of this specimen.
