I was asked to custom produce this belt because there is currently no quality alternative on the market. Belt quality and correct belt material properties are critical for keeping low wow/flutter. I tested four different materials with four different properties each. In total, 16 different combinations were tried to find the best belt suitable for this sensitive mechanics. Belt dimensions are exactly the same as original, 0.4 mm thick flat belt. Belt A is generic belt of good quality. Products are custom made professionally using injection molding, compression molding, CNC processing, etc. Selected material is of very good quality.
