Here we have a great set of military posters issued during World War Two ( WWII ) by the Medical Replacement Training Center at Camp Barkeley, Texas. These were training aids designed to help soldiers learn the indications of possible exposure to the various chemical agents: Mustard, Phosgene, Lewisite and Chlorpicrin. Their purpose was so that Army Medics would be better able to determine the type of chemical attack based on what he was being told by the effected soldier. This is our first version chemical warfare posters which were issued at Camp Barkeley. Camp Barkeley was a World War II base which reverted to private ownership after the war.
