Description: Set of 5 GD&Cie Limoges DMT58 Gold Floral Star Border 8 5/8 Inch Antique Plates Set of 5 antique French porcelain plates. Decorated with a gold gilt border with floral designs inside stars. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the reverse G.D. & Cie Limoges France in green. This mark was used by Gustave Demartine & Cie between 1891 and the early 1900s. Also has a red importer/retailer mark for Giles W Quarles & Co Baltimore. This pattern is listed as DMT58. These have some wear to the gilding, and wear consistent with age and use, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Each plate measures approximately 8 5/8 inches wide.
