Description: Set of 4 William Lowe Hand Colored Pink Roses & Gold Tea Cups Circa 1874 - 91 B Set of 4 nice rare porcelain bone china tea cups and saucers in the 6251 Roses Sprays pattern by William Lowe. Decorated with hand colored pink roses with raised white enamel highlights. With double gold gilding along the edge with small gold gilt dots underneath. Some pieces are unmarked. Some are marked with a pink crown and a WLL in a triangle. This mark was used by William Lowe between 1874 to 1891. One of the cups has a small discolored hairline off the lip. Otherwise good condition with no additional chips or cracks to any of the pieces. Each cup measures approximately 4 1/4 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches tall. Each saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces. KQBX
