Description: The listing is for a set of 3 identically and beautifully framed"Compagnie Generale Transatlantique French Line" menus. Menus are in excellentcondition. These were very expensive to frame, as I had them expertlyframed to ensure the menus are not damaged. When you open a menu, it is dated. I had these framed a few years ago; I don’tremember exact dates of these, but they are from the 1950’s. The menus are printed on heavy stock and feature charming illustrations; famed illustrator "Jean A Mercier" name is reflected on each image but font used for his name is quite small. They are titled: Sur Le Pont D’AvignonFrere JacquesLe Chevalier DuGuet Outside measurements of frame are 17.5” from top to bottomand 13.75” from side to side and 7/8 inch deep. Opening for menu itself measures 12.25” by 8.5”. Music on the back side. Printed in France.
