Set 6 MCM Retro Vintage Forever Sharp Richardson Sheffield Bakelite Steak Knives

Description: Set of 6 vintage yellow Bakelite or Catalin handle serrated knives stamped "STAINLESS FOREVER SHARP W. Richardson SHEFFIELD ENGLAND". Excellent vintage used condition. Very minor surface abrasions, handles well attached, nothing loose, no cracks or other remarkable issues. The handles do not color react to Simichrome testing for Bakelite, but when they are heated in hot water you can detect the odor distinctive of Catalin. 8+1/4" long, very light, all 6 knives are matching. I do recycle, so you could be getting packaging material that has been previously used, but it is clean. I do have pets, though I do my best to avoid shipping kitty fur and doggy hair. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping charges are always as per eBay's shipping calculator. I will often upgrade the method that you paid for if my discount allows. Handling is almost never charged unless there is some extenuating circumstance, and that will be noted in the listing. Shipping time: I ship Priority whenever I can, no matter what you paid for, and package within 1 business day of your payment. Priority rates based on size (not weight) have gone up dramatically for 2022. This limits my ability to upgrade on some packages. Please check the tracking for delivery progress.
