Description: Unique & wonderful mid-century modern barware set of 4 vintage wine-themed pewter figurine bottle corks by renowned Italian pewter crafter Cosi Tabellini: - Arched, high-gloss varnished medium brown tone wooden stand has 4 holes to perfectly hold & display the stoppers - Figures are finely crafted of pewter & Brittania metal (pewter alloy prized for its silvery appearance & smooth surface) & include: Gnome with Jug, Bacchus, Tastevin & Grape Bunch on Branch. NOTE: Gnome & Bacchus figures are on the current Cosi Tabellini website (see photos); I’m told Tastevin & Grapes figures are no longer available / discontinued designs - Stopper lengths: Gnome & Bacchus 3 5/8”, Tastevin 2 7/8”, Grapes 2 1/2” - All pieces are in excellent & like-new shape, with no damage or repairs that I can see. I inherited it from a relative who only displayed & never used it to cork bottles, & I’ve also only displayed it (non-smoking home). - Pewter is bright & unfaded; wood finish is immaculate.
