Description: This is a set of four matching antique brass or bronze table leg toe caps/casters. Based on their Art Nouveau design, I would estimate they date sometime from the 1890s to the 1910s. They each measure 3 3/4 inches tall x 3 inches long x 1 3/8 inches wide (9.5 cm x 7.6 cm x 3.5 cm). I’m not sure if these are brass or bronze, though I am leaning towards bronze given their deep, rich color. They are each marked on the back K5958. There is surface rust on the iron attachment pieces, namely the rivets and the washers. The rivets actually look a little corroded, yet they are solid and sturdy and I don’t think they’re going anywhere. There is age related patina throughout, which gives them their wonderful old world look. Together they weigh 2 pounds 12 1/2 ounces (1.26 kg).
