Description: Mixed drink serving tray, U .S. Navy, fighter squadron, VF-33. VF-33 was in commission during WWII from years 12 October 1942 through 1 October 1945. Engraved on the tray is the name C. J. Jaburg VF-33, probably one of the squadron's pilots. Several years ago, I acquired this piece with some other VF-33 items. Diameter: 13" Depth: 1/2" Around the perimeter of the tray are engraved the names of 16 mixed drinks and their ingredients. They are: Orange Blossom, High Balls, Atta Boy, Leap Frog, Bronx, Bloodhound, Rock and Rye, Million Dollar, Martini, Casino, Bacardi, Manhattan, Clover Club, Side Car, Tom Collins, Pink Lady. This well manufactured heavy duty tray is made of silver plate. It is in excellent condition with no dings or bending at all. It has been, as can be seen, very well used over the years; why not, right?
