Uncertain if it's vintage for this label or not, but it has that vintage flair & doesn't seem like a Modern (last 5-10 years) to me. Excellent condition, no flaws, as far as I can tell. Nothing appears to be missing or damaged. I have separated out the strands by the loops & tied 2-3 ribbons per section loosely to keep them from becoming intertwined during shipping.
