Sepia-Toned Old PC-The Hyland House, Guilford, Connecticut-Parmelee Homestead

Description: Here's a wonderful old sepia-toned postcard of The Hyland House, Guilford, Connecticut, which wasn't postmarked or used on the back. It was the homestead of Ebenzer Parmelee in which he built the old town clock in 1727. Erected by his grandfather, George Hyland, who came to Guilford in 1651 and died in 1692. There is a small corner bend, but otherwise, it is in very good condition. The lucky winner pays the same single shipping cost for 1 to up to 11 postcards in the US for purchases made within a single week. These will be sent in an envelope with cardboard. Larger amounts of cards are too thick to ship as a letter. They will be in a bubble envelope package using eBay labels with tracking. Please request an invoice with combined shipping. These purchases need to be paid in one Paypal payment, so wait to pay until you are finished bidding at the end of the week at which time, you can request an invoice for all your wins with combined shipping. If you have wins of larger amounts of postcards, or if you are an international buyer of combined wins, make sure and wait to pay until I can weigh the package to get the correct cost for you! I try to ship within 24 to 48 hours of your payment. Thank you and GOOD LUCK!!
