It is not complete. What you see is what you get. The metal box measures 6" x 3 1/4" x 1" and is red, white and black with a cameo picture of a soldier on the lid. There are three cardboard boxes inside...2 gauze and one adhesive plaster. Note...the top of the lid is rusted and paint has chipped. The maker is Forest City Products, Cleveland, Ohio.
