We understand you may be buying it for a special occasion that is why we give 30 days for returns. For a full refund, all tags must be on the watch. The watch must be unworn, with the box and packaging with the warranty card returned. If the watch does not have the tags still on, there will be a 30 dollar charge for new tags.
