It comes with a custom replica case with custom monochrome Iridescent cover art. The manual is a custom replica that was reverse engineered using a manual from the Sega Genesis version and changing all information and pictures to match. Also using some layout from other Mastersystem manuals. And done in the U.S dimensions and layout which this manual never actually came in. But it is an excellent complete manual with all pertinent information. I have never been able to locate a good image of the complete manual. It is a rare manual so it may be impossible to find.
