It has water filled hollow chambers with a moving bubble of air and anthraxolite 'sand' (AKA carbon, coal) inside. The video shows the movement inside the chambers. It is best viewed with good lighting and magnification, although the movement of the particles and air bubbles are visible to the naked eye. On this type of enhydro, the coal particles might get wedged in the chambers.
