E.g a door sold complete will come with all the locks , mechanisms , regulators etc and a shell will be bare not including nothing in the door. Faulty Items - If an event a part we have sent is faulty, a replacement part will be sent AFTER the original item has been received and checked by ourselves. If in some cases a replacement part is not available, a refund will be issued however we DO NOT refund postage. Security Marks - All items are marked for security and fraud prevention therefore DO NOT remove these markings or you will not be liable for a refund. Returns All parts come with a 30-day limited warranty unless it been used not for purpose or physically damaged outside premises of Seller. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period, we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only.
